FYI - The Handbook was changed quietly on 2/2/2024. Lots of things were changed and removed, including how severance payouts will work in the future... Sup here - The change definitely wasn’t communicated to us either. At least to myself and my peers. But I have been aware of it being changed since mid January.

Said not only is it a discount but there's a surcharge if you get a lower score. I went from paying $270 a month for basic coverage to $525. Perfect driving record. I have been in two accidents that were deemed not my fault but they specifically said it was raised because of the app.

Geico employees probably wont know anything until it happens. Goosehead is big but not THAT big. They already have a massive in house service dept that services all policies written by the company, corporate and independent agents. I seriously doubt Geico removes those departments all together but downsizing could be a thing, especially for service
